Terms of Service
Rules for using connected mailboxes in SuperMailbox and compatible AI apps.
Updated October 7, 2026.
1. These terms and the service
SuperMailbox is operated by HARD TAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“HARD TAB,” “we,” or “us”). Our public registered-agent correspondence address is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Customer support: support@hardtab.com. Legal questions: abalchunas@hardtab.com.
SuperMailbox connects email accounts you are authorized to manage to a browser mail client and compatible AI apps. It can search and retrieve email and, when you ask it to, prepare or send email through your provider. SuperMailbox is not a mailbox provider and does not replace your email service. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement where you live. Keep your sign-in email secure, provide accurate account information, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may connect only mailboxes you own or are authorized to access. If you connect an organization’s mailbox, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
For iCloud Mail, use an Apple app-specific password. Do not provide your primary Apple Account password.
3. Permission to use the service
While you follow these terms, HARD TAB gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SuperMailbox for personal use or your organization’s internal business purposes with mailboxes you are authorized to manage. HARD TAB and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, and brand. These terms do not transfer ownership of your email or other content to us.
4. Mailboxes, AI apps, and your instructions
You authorize SuperMailbox to connect to the mailboxes you add and to return information to an AI app only within the permissions you approve. You can review and revoke an AI-app authorization or disconnect a mailbox from your account. An AI app receives the information returned by tools you ask it to use and may handle that information under its own terms and privacy practices.
You are responsible for your instructions and for reviewing recipients and message content before sending. Sending or replying is an external action through your email provider. Make sure the recipient and content are correct before you confirm a send.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use SuperMailbox to access a mailbox without permission, violate law or another person’s rights, send unlawful or abusive messages, interfere with email providers, or evade access controls. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, or a provider or legal requirement.
6. Trial, price, and billing
Choose monthly or annual billing. Current monthly plans are:
- Personal: $4.99 per month for up to 2 connected mailboxes.
- Plus: $8.99 per month for up to 5 connected mailboxes.
- Pro: $9.99 per month for up to 20 connected mailboxes.
Annual billing includes two months free: you pay for ten months for twelve months of access, saving 16.7% compared with monthly billing. The monthly equivalent is shown for comparison; the full annual amount is charged at once after any eligible trial.
- Personal: $49.90 per year.
- Plus: $89.90 per year.
- Pro: $99.90 per year.
Each account may use one seven-day trial. A payment method is required to start a trial. The mailbox limit counts each connected mailbox; sender aliases within one mailbox connection count as one. Checkout shows the selected plan, trial eligibility, and renewal details before you subscribe. Stripe handles payment card details under its own terms and privacy notice.
If you subscribe, your subscription renews at the disclosed price until you cancel. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal. The account will show the current subscription status and relevant renewal or access dates. Taxes may apply where required by law.
If a plan change lowers your mailbox limit below the number already connected, connections above the new limit remain saved and visible, but AI tools are paused for them. You cannot add another mailbox until the connected count is within the new limit. You can disconnect enough mailboxes or use an available plan change to restore access.
7. Disconnection and account deletion
Disconnecting a mailbox clears its stored credential and connection details and stops future access through that connection. You can request account deletion in the service. When deletion completes, an eligible active subscription is canceled, sessions and AI access are revoked, mailbox credentials and identifying connection details are cleared, and profile information is replaced with a non-deliverable identifier.
Some identifiers and billing, authorization, audit, mail-send, or backup records may remain for the periods and purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion does not remove copies already held by an email provider, AI app, payment provider, or an existing encrypted backup.
8. Third-party services and availability
Your email provider, AI app, payment provider, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or data practices. Providers may change their services or revoke credentials, which may require you to reconnect a mailbox.
Email providers, network routes, and AI apps may be unavailable or change their services. We may update or discontinue features as the service develops. Where required, we will give notice of material changes.
9. Warranties, liability, and disputes
We work to provide a useful service, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Wyoming law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections and court rights of your place of residence where applicable. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class actions.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and will show the effective date of the revision. Material changes will be brought to your attention where required by law. A change does not retroactively alter completed activity or authorize a new charge without the notice, agreement, and legal basis required by law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
